Tuesday, February 6th, 2007Let me explain. This last Sunday came around, and it was just beautiful outside. Z and I decided it’d be good to do some pre-spring cleaning. I’m always down for that as the house (while improving) needs much of it. I decided to tackle the family room and the kitchen. While vacuuming the f.r. I lifted up the couch (which weighs about 50 lbs) on one end to get underneath it. Well, later that night, I apparently did something to my back. I felt fine earlier, but now… GOD, it hurt like a mo-flicker. (more…)
