What do I write about after a year of no blogging?

You know, after a year of not writing in my blog, you’d think I’d have something to say, and a lot of great things have happened, but I guess I’ll just do what I always do- talk about something stupid. Hehe.

Right now I can hear the new server’s hard drive chugging away as it’s installing Solaris 10. I’ve been working on migrating my old Linux server (600MHz system w/ Fedora Core 5 & 512MB of ram) over to the new one - a dual core Athlon 64 X2 w/ 2GB of ram. Nice upgrade. I keep making a few tweaks, and mucking with my cfengine rules, and reinstalling. I have this obsessive goal of doing the final upgrade, and upon reboot, the system comes up exactly the way I want it. There’s always something that could be tweaked, and/or fixed from when I was running my Linux system that I never fixed, so now’s the time. I’m having fun in the process, and that’s all that matters.
